COVID 19 PANDEMIC: ALL CHURCH SERVICES & ACTIVITIES SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
In light of the COVID-19 situation and the restrictions stipulated by the government of Alberta, we are temporarily cancelling our Sunday services and other church activities until further notice. This also includes our Congregational meeting that was set for March 28, which will be postponed until further notice.
We encourage you to check our Facebook page and our YouTube channel for updates and messages from Pastor Bob. We also encourage you to take precautionary measures by staying home if you are a senior, recently travelled out of the country or are exhibiting any sign of sickness or symptoms of the Coronavirus. Please wash hands regularly, carry a hand sanitizer, be respectful of social distances and each other and adhere to all the rules that have been put in place by the government. More information can be found on the Alberta website (www.alberta.ca). At this time we encourage you to continue tithing. You can give through etransfer: firstname.lastname@example.org or Tithely.com.
In the meantime, let’s keep connected by calling, texting or emailing each other and especially the elderly. If there are any needs where we can step in to help as a church, please let each other know. This virus will not last. It’s temporary, and Jesus is King. No weapon formed against us will prosper. Be strengthened through the Word of God and prayer. God bless you. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to call or email us.
Please forward this message to everyone in your contact list.
