- Member Fee:- $100 (for the rental of the Sanctuary and the Fellowship Room)

- Non-member Fee:- $500 (for the rental of the Sanctuary and the Fellowship Room)++
Smaller rooms: – $75/hour
$500 (for the rental of the Gym and the Kitchen) Gym only $200 for 3 hours.
$1000 (for the entire facility – Sanctuary, Fellowship Room, Gym and Kitchen)
- Sound Fee: – $25 (per hour for up to 4 hrs.) $150 (flat rate for over 4 hrs.)
- Custodial Fee (Opening and Closing):- $50
- Cleaning Fee:- $20 per hour
- Damage Deposit: – $500 (this will be fully refundable IF the cleaning conditions with the terms of the Rental Policy have been met. Otherwise the Cleaning Fees will be deducted from the deposit).
- Rental of the Church Facility by other Churches:- $2000 per month (terms – three (3) times per week, using specific, previously agreed upon rooms) Pending prior approval
- Pastoral Fees:- Weddings and Funerals – Members: $200* Non-members: $300*
** The balance of the funds will be due twenty-one (21) days before the date of the event. Otherwise, the date will be lost and the deposit forfeited.
+ This is related to Groups/ Organizations. This will be waived, dependant on the function.
++ $500 for weddings includes rehearsals.
